With her Post Graduate qualifications in Electronic Journalism, Advertising, and Public Relations, and a Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®), she ensures that their interactions with the organization are relevant, accessible, and personalized. Her marketing skills have benefited communities and helped businesses grow in India and Australia. Before CAVAL, Anna led the launch of a mobile application and a young adult imprint at a top English language trade publisher in India.
