Libraries Australia Document Delivery (LADD) Training

In response to demand from libraries with new document delivery staff, CAVAL is offering the following Libraries Australia Document Delivery training session:

Trainer: George Pana, Libraries Australia Training Agent.
About the trainer: George shares over 10 years Document Delivery system experience with the participants in an interactive style training session.
