How do you get the items?
Students and staff of CAVAL member institutions
- You can visit the Library holding the item and use it there
- You may be able to borrow using the CAVAL Reciprocal Borrowing Program. Ask at your home institution's Loans Desk for a CAVAL Reciprocal Borrower card before visiting the other library.
NOTE: Borrowing is not available from the State Library of Victoria.
- For staff members and some students, interlibrary loans may be an option - ask about eligibility, and how long it can take, at the Information or Reference Desk.
- Make sure you note down the author, title, library and call number details of any items of interest.
Others
- Contact the Library holding the item to ask about access.
