CARM Centre Opening Hours
The CARM Centre is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Closed on some public holidays and between Christmas and New Year.
Catalogue
The CARM Centre holdings are available via the CARM Centre catalogue and through the Libraries Australia union catalogues. Items held in the CARM Centre will appear as VCARM on Libraries Australia. Users should check with reference staff regarding CARM holdings on local university catalogues.
Request Materials at CARM
Once material has been identified as available at CARM requests to view material from the CARM Centre must be made at least 24 hours prior to visiting. This will ensure items are available and ready upon arrival.
If no prior notice is given, there will be no guarantee that material will be available in less than one hour or be available to view.
Reservations
Requests may be made by phone (03 9450 5503) or email. Material will be set aside and made available on arrival on the day or days for which it is reserved. Items may be reserved for one week in advance.
Eligibility of user
There will be no restrictions on eligibility of users.
Photocopying facilities
Photocopying is available. The charges are:
A4 exposures = $0.20 per copy
A3 exposures = $0.40 per copy
