Virtual Document eXchange(VDX)
VDX is a comprehensive automated ILL (interlibrary loans) and document delivery management software developed and supported by OCLC-Pica.
CAVAL manages VDX Systems for a number of libraries, some of whom share a system (the CLIC Consortium). CAVAL provides system management, software configuration, operational support and training to the VDX customers for their implementation and operation of VDX.
